Founder of In Poise Integrative Institute

I am an Integrative Psychologist and Psychotherapist, and the creator of Spiritual Integrative Practice™ (SIP™) — a therapeutic and developmental modality internationally accredited by IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists).

SIP™ integrates depth psychology, psychodynamics, symbolic and archetypal frameworks, somatic awareness, and narrative identity reconstruction. It is a method designed for individuals and practitioners who seek a psychologically grounded, experiential, and transformative approach to inner work.

As the Founder of the INPOISE Institute, I lead an accredited professional training program for practitioners, as well as advanced transformational processes for clients seeking deep identity work, emotional integration, and higher levels of personal leadership. My teaching combines clinical understanding with symbolic intelligence and experiential methodologies that support long-term psychological change.

My work over the past decade has focused on:
• identity transitions and narrative restructuring
• unconscious emotional patterns and internal conflicts
• archetypal development & symbolic psychology
• leadership psychology and personal authority
• relational dynamics, boundaries, and visibility
• trauma-informed inner work and embodied integration

I teach and work internationally, primarily between Mainz (Germany) and Mallorca (Spain), where I host retreats, advanced workshops, and practitioner trainings.

I believe in transformation rooted in:
• psychological depth
• symbolic meaning
• embodied experience
• inner coherence
• sustainable integration

My mission is to help individuals and practitioners develop a stable, empowered inner architecture — one that supports authentic leadership, clarity of identity, and a life aligned with purpose.
