Of course! The entire training is based on individual support through supervision sessions. During the course, I am available to all participants in the Monday chat group. The training is specially designed for participants who work full-time. This means you can definitely focus on your job while also managing the new learning content. On average, you can plan about 3-5 hours per week for the training approximately 15-18 hours per month. This depends on whether you prefer to study regularly or absorb everything at once in a single block. Between our sessions, you have time for self-study. Sessions are scheduled according to your availability in the student calendar.

The goal is not to “memorize” all the content. It depends on your development as a practitioner and your ability to respond to people and their needs in a responsible and grateful way.

Group activity is voluntary. If you prefer to just follow the content, learn at your own pace, and don’t want interaction with other participants that is your right. Supervisions are mandatory, and the entire training focuses on an individual approach so that, with my support, you fully master the methodology.

You don’t need any prior knowledge you’ll learn everything you need during the program.

Core Ethical Principles

Confidentiality:

All personal data, case study content, and information shared during live lectures, group work, or supervision are to be treated as strictly confidential. Breaching confidentiality without explicit consent is a serious violation of this code.

Informed Consent & Autonomy:

All clients, practice partners, and participants must be informed in advance and give consent before taking part in any exercise, energy work, or session. Everyone has the right to decline, pause, or withdraw from a process at any time.

Psychological Safety & Inclusivity:

The program fosters a safe, respectful environment free of discrimination. Any form of hate speech, exclusion, or inappropriate behavior based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal trait will not be tolerated.

No Abuse of Power:

Mentors, facilitators, and participants must not misuse their roles to emotionally, spiritually, sexually, or financially manipulate others. Professional boundaries must be clearly defined and honored.

Working Within One’s Competence:

Participants must only work within their areas of expertise. It is not allowed to offer therapeutic services beyond one’s qualifications. In case of serious psychological issues, clients must be referred to licensed professionals.

Participant Responsibilities & Conduct

Active Participation:

Participants are required to attend at least 12 out of 18 live online sessions and submit a minimum of 14 practical case studies. Active participation in supervision is mandatory to receive certification.

Integrity in Learning:

All submitted work must be authentic and a truthful reflection of the participant’s own process. Plagiarism, fabrication of experiences, or misrepresentation of client work is strictly prohibited.

Respectful Communication:

Open communication is encouraged, but always with mutual respect and conscious listening. Dominating behavior, belittling, or aggression will not be tolerated.

Group Confidentiality:

Personal stories and information shared by other participants during the program must not be shared outside the group without written consent. Mastermind groups and supervisions are safe spaces for growth and integration.

The Role of Mentors & Facilitators

Leading by Example:

The lead mentor of the program, Maja Vuković, embodies integrity, professionalism, and compassion, and leads the training in alignment with the highest ethical standards.

Clear Communication:

All program goals, rules, structure, and expectations will be clearly communicated. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and share concerns at any point in the process.

Support Through Mentorship:

Participants receive 1:1 supervision after submitting written work, as well as ongoing support through group Q&A sessions. Feedback is detailed, constructive, and oriented toward professional development.

Continuous Professional Development:

The mentor commits to ongoing personal and professional development, supervision, and reflection to remain aligned with current standards in psychology, energy healing, and spiritual work.

Supervision, Evaluation & Certification Requirements

Assessment Criteria:

• Attendance at a minimum of 12 out of 18 live online sessions

• Submission of at least 14 completed practical case studies

• Required individual supervision with the mentor

• Full financial commitment must be fulfilled

A certificate will be issued only after all the above conditions are met and a positive final evaluation from the mentor is received.

Spiritual Integrity & Energy Work

Respect for the Energy Field:

Work with universal energy (e.g., Reiki), sound, light, symbols, and visualization must be carried out with clear intention, respect, and awareness. Forceful or manipulative use of energy is not permitted.

No Spiritual Bypassing:

The program does not use spirituality as a way to avoid emotional or psychological work. Inner work is the priority, and spiritual tools are used in support of it not as a substitute.

Freedom of Belief:

The program does not promote any religious or dogmatic path. Each participant has the freedom to explore their spiritual truth in alignment with their personal values and experiences.

Consequences of Violating the Code

In case of an ethical violation, the following steps may be taken:

• First Warning: A private conversation with a call for reflection and behavioral correction

• Temporary Suspension: In case of repeated violations, the participant may be temporarily suspended from group work

• Permanent Dismissal: For serious breaches (e.g., abuse, plagiarism, emotional or spiritual manipulation), the participant may be permanently dismissed with no right to a refund or certification

• Right to Appeal: Participants may submit a written appeal within 14 days of receiving notice

Final Statement

All individuals participating in the Spiritual Integrative Practitioner® program agree to uphold these rules and to embody them during the program and in their future professional practice.
